Can I request a custom DXF design?

What file formats do you provide?
By default, all designs are delivered in DXF format, which is the standard for CNC plasma, laser, and waterjet machines. However, we understand that different software and machines may require other file types. If you need your design in SVG, AI, or PDF, we’re happy to provide additional formats upon request. This ensures that no matter what software you’re using, you’ll receive a file that is ready to import and cut without issues.
How long does it take to receive my file?
Most custom designs are completed and delivered within 24–48 hours. The exact turnaround depends on the complexity of the artwork and the level of detail required. Simple shapes and signs can be ready in less than a day, while more complex projects (like multi-panel fire pits or highly detailed artwork) may take a bit longer. For urgent needs, we also provide a rush delivery service so you can keep your projects moving on time.
Do you offer free DXF files?
Yes, we do! We maintain a dedicated Free DXF Files section with a wide variety of designs available for instant download. These free files are a great way to test the quality of our work and see how easily they import into your CNC software. Many of our customers start with free designs before upgrading to custom or premium files. All free files are also cut-ready and optimized, so you can use them right away.
Are your DXF files cut-ready?
Absolutely. Every file we provide is professionally cleaned, tested, and optimized to ensure smooth cutting paths. We remove unnecessary nodes, overlaps, and broken vectors that can cause issues during the cutting process. This means you won’t need to spend hours editing or troubleshooting before you cut. Our goal is to save you time and material, ensuring that every cut is as efficient and precise as possible.
Do you provide refunds?
Since our products are digital downloads, refunds are generally not offered once a file has been delivered. However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you encounter any issues with a file, our team will work closely with you to correct the problem, make adjustments, or provide a replacement at no extra cost. In the rare case that we are unable to meet your expectations after revisions, we will issue a refund to ensure you are fully satisfied.
Can I use your files for commercial projects?
Yes, you can! All of our designs are licensed for personal and commercial use, which means you can cut and sell physical products made from our DXF files. Many of our customers use them to create metal signs, furniture accents, and custom artwork for resale. The only restriction is that you cannot resell, share, or distribute the digital DXF files themselves. This protects our designers’ work while giving you the freedom to grow your business with high-quality designs.
